Occasionally the UseROSS Technical Support Team may be required to ‘see what your seeing’. To do this we use TeamViewer.
TeamViewer is one of the world wide leading solutions for desktop sharing and online collaboration over the Internet.
Every Browser will open this application differently, see the below options for the browser instructions:
Note: Once TeamViewer is disconnected, we will not be able to log back in without your permission.
Step 2: On the top right of the screen click on the blue color down arrow button.
Step 5: The TeamViewer will load after a minute and it will generate a ID and Password that you have to provide UseROSS support.
If you get an error message of “Another instance of TeamViewer is already running.” follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click on the up arrow in the right bottom of the screen and find the TeamViewer icon.
Step 2: Right click on the icon and select “Exit TeamViewer”.
